Shipping Information
COVID UPDATE:
At this point we have not been advised of any shipping challenges however should that happen we will post an update on our home page.
We can ship your engine room ventilation project anywhere in the world. Our products have been delivered to local privately owned vessels and also as far afield to shipyards in Iceland.
Shipping costs can be expensive, so if you would prefer to use your own freight company, we are happy to have you organise the pickup from our Gold Coast location or alternatively we can arrange a shipping quote door to door for you.
NB: Our factory hours are Monday through Thursday only - so pickup times will have to be inside those operating hours.
Packaging and Shipping
Our store and dispatch team takes great pride in that fact that we have never had any product arrive at its destination that has been damaged in freight due to our preparation.
All our projects are packed and wrapped in such a way to ensure their safe arrival at your chosen destination. From a single grille to a multi vessel project, all our domestic and exported products are treated with equal consideration when packaging for freight.
Whether it's going to Brisbane or Bahrain you can rest assured we ensure it is packaged well. We also are very cautious as to what freight suppliers we use. Price isn't our primary concern, it is the freight companies record that is primary to us.
